Dr. Heidi Sheth completed her Bachelor degree in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University in 2000. She worked for the YMCA of Hampton Roads in health and fitness where she became a Health and Fitness Director for the Portsmouth YMCA branch from 2003-2005. She enjoyed all aspects of the Health and Fitness department from working with children, teaching group exercise classes, teaching/ training CPR, first aide and the AED, personal training and various other YMCA membership events. Eventually, she realized she wanted to be able to do more for people with pain, range of motion, strength and various functional deficits. So, she resigned her position to work part-time teaching group exercise classes and personal training while she acquired the necessary volunteer hours to return to Old Dominion University and complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2010.
